Services for Retail
GlassProtech offers retail clients a wide range of services; glass protection, restoration of damaged windows, UV blocking window film installation, security film installation, anti-graffiti film installation, and privacy window film application. We work with retail customers either directly, or through building owners and facilities managers.
Most often our customers contact us to request an application of UV blocking and solar control film on large retail windows, in order to protect textiles and other commercial goods from fading. Our wide range of window tints and decorative and manifestation window film, are also used for improving privacy, and creating atmosphere in retail spaces.
Our security products help protect glass and other surfaces from graffiti, etching and scratch damage and minimize damage in case of burglaries.

Vandalism Etch Hide
Main Street Upper Hutt was hit by a lone vandal, and in one night he damaged over one hundred thousand dollars worth of street front glazing by etching insignia on the glass. GlassProtech tidied up and hid the existing etching and protected glass from future damage. Read more…

Glass Security Improvement
The bike shop operators approached GlassProtech to provide a security solution to help harden the glass frontage, reducing the ease of break-ins occurring in the future. We applied security laminate on the glass, bonded to the frames, resulting in a much tougher break-in resistance. Read more…
